Holiday Inn Express Irondequoit by IHG

Joy, at the front desk was a delight. She was so welcoming and made checking in after a long ride from Boston super easy and I just appreciate her kindness. I just wanted to make sure that she gets a shoutout or kudos for being so kind without probably even realizing how much it set the tone for our trip. Great location - close to plenty of stores open early and close to highway. We were spending most of our time in Webster due to a loss in our family and this was just as convenient as staying in one of the spots in Webster.

Great location surrounded by food outlets and stores which was very convenient. We used this hotel as a stop off point between Toronto and New York city so stayed here twice. Both times the hotel and rooms were clean and comfortable. Shout out to Robert who checked us in and made us feel really welcome!

Very spacious for a group of six.

the night manager was excellent, he was very friendly and professional. When I had a problem with the ice maker, he took care of it right away and even called me to tell me it was fixed.

I liked that the pool was up all weekend. A little cold. But good.
